Just common sense from employing, managing and directing 100's of employees.

If Spurs are crazy enough to employ him and Poch gets it to work I will be among the first to compliment both Poch and Spurs. It seems that a number of the Spurs Community believe that fuck it all we want him no matter what the consequences. However, historically a leopard does not change its spots and the result will have severe implications on the teams performance. Where will all his supporters be then? Personally I hope I will not be in the position to say I told you so because we do not sign him
A leapord may not change his spots but it's not uncommon for a young man to make mistakes in his early adult years and then grow up, learn from them and in his mid 20s start to mature and focus more on what's important.

Your mistake, I believe, has been in employing leapords instead of people all this time ;-)

Your mistake is assuming I employed them. I also only employ people who can spell.

An opponents life.
You're burying the lede. The important part is that he prevented this man from swallowing his tongue. Which, as I am sure you know, has tragic survival implications. Similar to recently departed Dr Henry Heimlich and the eponymously named Heimlich maneuver I suggest that henceforth we refer to this life-saving bit of bravery as the Aurier maneuver.

Just so I know - which part of his rap sheet are people most pissed off about. Elbowing a copper or calling people gay? Or is there something else?

I am happy to give the player a chance as I trust Poch.

from what ive seen of him (not too much), he seems like he could be an upgrade on not only what we currently have available to us, but also what we have had at RB over the time I have supported the club 25+ years.

Were the Leopards in on a low wage apprenticeship?

No all levels fro apprentices to senior managers.

As a side point I wonder if the French judicial system would be so forgiving if the perpetrator was not a famous footballer and who came from a poor background? Liberté égalité fraternité as they say in France!
