Seems that to me that the original visa rejection was a bit heavy-handed considering it was a suspended sentence and also 'convertible' to a fine and community service.
If he converted the sentence to the community service/fine there would be no grounds to reject his visa application, as far as I understand it.

The problem I have with Aurier - is that I have never believed he is serious about coming here. He has been whored all around Europe, and by reports has agreed to a deal with at least one other team - Manchester United. So, this feels like his agent doing his best to create options - but I don't feel confident that Spurs are at the top of his list...(though we may offer the best chance into the starting line-up).
