Germany should have had a penalty for holding at their corner. They never give them now though. Really annoys me that they let that go every single time now.

Pen or no pen, and depending on the angle and how many looks you get at slow mo you can argue it might be, it's amazing he spots that but doesn't spot Pogba tripping Kroos?

Dechamps got his tactics horribly wrong. There's a reason why Pogba (and Matuidi for that matter) don't play in cm2's normally. They got away with it against the limited Iceland, they were never going to take the same kind of liberty with this German side.

Kante has to come on for the second for Sissoko.

The FIFA definition of handball is:

“Handling the ball involves a deliberate act of a player making contact with the ball with his hand or arm:"

So he had to move his hand deliberately to handle the ball. IMO he didn't but whatever.

By that definition a player could wander around or stand on tge goal line with his arms out but unintentionally handling the ball

This game (like the tournament) has told me that if Man U pay £100 million for pogba they've been had big time.

But he's deliberately putting his hand in an area where he's obstructing Evra's chance to head at goal and is running a real risk that the ball might hit his hand.

No, the only reason for having his arms out would be to stop the ball going in which means it would count as intentional.
