His level was bringing on the youngsters when he was with us. As soon as he got the Manager's job he became Billy Big Bollocks and said he wanted to run the whole thing his way and that he wouldn't drop back down to where he was. Unfortunately for him it was a classic case of 'Promotion to Level of Incompetence'. He rode his luck for a while at Spurs but got found out very quickly at Villa. I don't think he has the man management skills to do the job. Even Adebayor wouldn't go there.

I think having Ade with a point to prove and eriksen in form was pretty handy. Eriksens assists where so good the ball was bouncing off Ade in to the net I don't think even he knew what was going on.

TS did a lot of good things and with les and Ramsey they did a good job Tim just needed to shut his mouth sometimes, sometimes he was bang on though. I think he talked himself out of the job a lot of spurs young players now and in the future will owe TS a lot for showing the world our young players really are good enough.

Poch and jol for me are/were spurs managers they have class they don't shoot there mouths off They balence passion with humility wish I could be as a person more like them. Rednapp was a great manager he just said to much spurs fans don't like that do we.
