Anyone know what is going on with this guy? He keeps playing for our development squad but he got released in 2009?

Wiki have him at the Club on a non-contract basis, just seeing how he's progressing I'd imagine and helping him find a club.

On 1 June 2009, Dawkins was released from his Tottenham Hotspur contract. He subsequently had a trial with French club RC Strasbourg,[4] but he later returned to Tottenham on a non-contract basis, while recovering from injury. A contract is dependent upon his proven fitness at start of 2010/11 season.[5]

Dawkins has been on trial with AFC Bournemouth early September 2010 due to lack of fit strikers. As without a contract at Spurs, he could be signed by Bournemouth should he impress with the south coast outfit.
