Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Antonio Conte has delivered an update on Oliver Skipp’s fitness. The midfielder has been out of action for a few weeks after suffering a hairline fracture on his heel, but now, he’s getting closer to a return.
“The other player who is not available is Skipp, but there is good news about him because today or tomorrow he is going to run again and that is really good news. I hope that this player will be a bit lucky because since January he’s had problems and now I think he will be ready quickly. He’s a really good guy but he’s been suffering a lot,” Conte said.
