Everyone expects the games to be attacked. I dont think its a matter of if anymore, but its a matter of when, sadly. Russia has allowed these black widows into Sochi and now they cant find them. That region is a mess to begin with also. Not surpried at this hijack attempt.

Fucking NBC. Refuse to show it live here in America. I hate NBC so much to begin with because of their slobbering love affair with our awful president, but their olympic coverage is GOD awful. Never show any events that we want to see live because they show it in prime time to get more ratings and ad money. Meanwhile, by that time everyone knows the results already.

Sorry to report yank that it's a great ceremony with some superb graphics and achievements.

Either these ceremonies have got better or I am turning into a middleaged fart.

I only tuned in for the fireworks but was the stadium half empty for the whole thing? Panned across the crowd and there was bugger all there.

They sat the teams in the stand to keep them away from the stage area. London was all about selling selling selling to claw back the costs so they were keen to full the stadium.
