Son Heung-min is set to extend his stay at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. That is according to football journalist Fabrizio Romano, via The Boot Room, who reported that all parties are confident on finally agreeing a deal.

Tried reading the article but have no idea what the Bale hint is. What an unreadable mess of a newspaper.
I think the hint was just that the club didn’t mention Bale in their good luck tweet to the welsh boys yesterday.

If Son signs a new deal that would be a massive boost. Like many others I've felt very downbeat re prospective appointment of Fonseca and likely sale of Kane so this good news is gratefully received. Just hope that he does indeed commit to new deal.

Massive deal being made of the fact we tagged Bale in our content for game 1 and then didn't for game 2, which was odd.

But after the game, the club shifted from their usual photo formats and posted two photos per post, if you look at them, for every one containing Davies or Rodon it is paired with one of Bale or a group shot containing Bale.
