Fulham are working behind the scenes on the outgoing transfer of Manchester-born Nigerian central defender Tosin Adarabioyo before the close of the transfer window.

Trimboli was mandated by Fulham to negotiate the transfer of Tosin and the Australian is doing everything possible to move the Manchester City academy product to Tottenham Hotspur rather than Monaco.

I initially thought we'd bought VdV as a lower quality LCB than Tapsoba, but he was so impressive on his debut that I'd happily stick with him as first choice and take Adarabioyo as a HG option at CB now. I don't know the numbers but it seems we're out of space for non HG incomings without some fairly major surgery which may, or may not happen.
