I want to see Winks play alongside Dier. I think Winks has the ability to do damage further up the pitch if he didn't have to play such a disciplined role.

The 2 of them and Sissoko is actually a really balanced set of skills for a midfield 3. Bale and Son/Dele either side of Kane up top...
