A strange article. It's well intended but it reads as if it was written in another language and then Google-translated. The grammar is distorted but you can, at least, follow what the writer's trying to say.

The research isn't original (all easily available online) but it does serve as a reminder of how much Poch has achieved in just 2 years. A reminder of the key transfers in and out and how dynamic but methodical the whole transition from AVB's squad / style to our current players / philosophy has been.

That's a long read so I take it it says Poch is The Man and Spurs are the future.
