This thread is aimed to discuss how our players are doing at International level. Kind of like on the official site.

I would like to ask how Mondric has done in the game against Austria. i was nt able to watch it except for the penalty.

Luka seemed to have a good game for Croatia, scoring a penalty which ensured Croatia a victory!

Is that from the official site? They would never say he had a bad game. Hence the purpose of this thread

He was really good, dictated play really well, similar to, dare I say, Carrick. Stronger than he looks and really mature, head up all the time, great passing.

Modric had an average game for a poor Croatian side. If he hadnt been a spurs player I doubt any of us would have notice him in this game.

That said he showed a few glimpse of the brilliant player he can be for us. However what impressed me with him was his workrate. He ran tireless the whole 90 min and even though he is small and looks lightweighted he gave away some beating.

Is he thoe only one of our players playing the euros? Thats a bit strange with all the internationals we have
