I really hope Conte works on getting Richarlison to cut out the theatrics, because if he stays on his feet more he'll be such a handful for any defender. He's big, strong, quick and aggressive but all of that becomes irrelevant when he's lying on the ground trying to buy cheap free kicks. I wasn't keen to start off, primarily because of the above, but I now realize he will be a very versatile addition to our front line who will open up a whole load of tactical options for Conte. He's exactly what we need - I just couldn't see it before.

It's funny how people's attitudes change once they have signed. There were a lot on here that felt he wasn't worth taking a chance on at £50 mil plus and wasn't what we needed and there were better options out there. I have to admit I was one of them. However he's a Spurs player now and it's what the gaffer wants so it's good enough for me.

He's one of the players i disliked most in the prem for the play acting. I've not seen many instances of spurs players acting up this way under conte. Not sure if he will put up with it? I hate it, from our own as well as opposition. It can disrupt your own teams momentum in the game.

No doubt a good player, which probably highlights the issue. Hopefully let's his football do the talking. As you say, lots of positive footballing attributes and he carried Everton upfront.

I thought the majority of the posters in the Richarlison thread were positive about the potential signing. There were a couple of posters very against it, but they posted constantly rather than it being a lot of people.
