no i agree, just so many people try and lable him as one or the other, its good to hear it from him that he can do a job anywere down the left.

I was a bit disappointed with the episode to be honest. The lads didn't seem all that naturally close. Would have liked to see Harry, Clive, Sherwood and Sir Les give it a go too.

Still, no Bentley either?

we're a revolving door, none of them stay long enough to get to know each other. we've had quite a few new faces in the last 1-2 years as usual so i'd imagine it's awkward even for the older players like keane and defoe.

i'd just like some players to actually stay here over a few years for once, but i imagine harry will want to get in his own players this summer.

Would've liked to have seen Charlie try it. He's pretty accurate with his passing usually, so I think he could have been good.
