Well Done Micky because it seemed to work, Ryan definitely played a lot better going forward than in recent matches.

This was Ryan's break through season and I fully expect him to improve further next season, and will turn out to be a top PL midfielder for us!

On occasions Mason's attempts to be positive
have backfired with through balls that have been cut out.
The chip over the top was a peach*
and he should add it to his repertoire.
Like the boy.

*I know, I know, a bit of a metaphor fry up there.

Hazard was not a legend for spurs. He was ok but definitely not legendary. The term legend is used far too often nowadays that it no longer carries the weight it rightly deserves

Quite. It should not be ascribed to any player who did not throttle a serpent in the cradle or steal fire from the Gods.

Hazard was not a legend for spurs. He was good but definitely not legendary. The term legend is bandied

It would have been hazardous to Mason's career had he not heeded the Hazard advice.

I remember him being a part of a fantastic side to watch which also won a few trophies, not legend but part of our successes in his tenure
