Gibbs, get your bi-focals on. From Sky Sports

Redknapp, though, does not believe the events caused the defeat to Wolves, telling The Sun: "Wednesday was their day off and Robbie told me they were going to Ireland to play golf. I had no problem with that.

"However, it is widely known that I do not approve of Christmas parties and I've always made it clear players should only drink in moderation.

"Whatever happened in Ireland, I do not accept it had any effect on the result against Wolves.

"The squad trained brilliantly on Thursday and Friday and there were other reasons why we lost that match.

Good enough for you, or am i still an idiot? Is Harry an idiot too? Just so we can figure this out on your scale of mong.

So basically the manager did know about it, was happy for them to drink in moderation, was impressed with their training and knows that the trip had no bearing on the Wolves result.... and the story is??

Backlash. See? Now I am libelous martyr twat that sickens people to their stomachs all of a sudden?

Just because the ITK's suggest I am right about them being drunk. Don't overdo the backlash gents. Control you anger and move on.

I just said you'd committed libel, which is a factual statement. It's also a fact that the club regularly checks out SC, and I doubt they'll be too amused if they come across it. You'll also find that being a fool is no defence in law—that's another fact.

Where they dance around celebrating their efforts defending the children of this country from paedophiles , denouncing the sexualisation of children, defending the common man, before plunging their puffy red faces into the titties of a 17 year old page 3 girl

They're calling it a WORLD EXCLUSIVE. what a bunch of muppets.

They're trying to turn it into a Rafa's rant sort of thing where everyone looks back on it. Too bad for them we just battered city 3-0 an they have got hold of the story a week late

Where did I say drinking caused his knee issues? I said that medically, drinking has proven to slow the healing of muscle etc related injuries and basic muscle exertion. So it def inst going to help Ledders RECOVER between games which now takes 7 days. Running around for miles and miles caused his injuries. I recall a pre season where he was training in his own time, he was running on concrete. Since then he has had bad knee problems. I always suspected that may have been the start of the end for Ledders knees.

I also said a while back that Ledders (when it comes to drinking) has a get out of jail card for LIFE after what he has done for Spurs. I think he drank so much after games because of the pain in his knees.

Fair enough. I take back my previous post, but it did seem to me your were trying to make a direct correlation between his supposed drinking and his injury.

Haha, I bloody love the 'The plot to hoodwink Harry' story with it's three pictures; two of pubs during daylight hours and one of a plane. Wow, that's some real damning evidence they have right there. And to top it off, a picture of Keane obviously from another occasion. Pure magic!

 The CGI plane is very damming evidence, as for the picture of a pub, case closed.

Who participated?
Here is some info I dunno how accurate:

"I know a lot of people who met them out, here's my understanding of it:

They were staying in the hotel at Coppers (which is about €20 a night, students stay there when they're too plastered to get home) and were in the VIP area all night. Going on the girls I know's descriptions, Robbie Keane, Aaron Lennon, Peter Crouch, Ben Alnwick and another black player (who I can't figure out who it was) were there.

They went into the VIP area and brought a dozen women from the queue in with them, and lived it up in there. They were obviously buying drinks for everyone. Robbie was meant to be the soberest of the group, but Ben Alnwick spent the night being drunk and asking Keane did he think he'd ever get a chance in the first team. Crouch was dancing on tables. One of the girls I know scored Lennon.

That's as much as I know, you have to bare in mind the people I was chatting knew none of the players, so I'm only piecing the players names together. "

If a picture of Keane singing isn't enough to prove that he is a criminal mastermind hell bent on ruining our game against Wolves then I don't know what is...

They went in for a few drinks and it made the papers. I've got my stag venue confirmed then, I'm off to Coppers! (Official Piss-up Venue of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club)

Would a round of drinks be forgivable if, assuming that some golf was played at least, one of them scored a hole in one?

It is traditional to buy a round, isn't it?

OH SHIZZLE. all over the sun.

says pav, gio, bale and wilson didnt go. Good on them if they chose not to go

Well, given Pav's self-confessed exploits it's probably just as well, and we probably don't need another pic of Gio being decanted into the back of a cab.

I doubt the Croats, BAE and Gomes went either, and if JD did it's irrelevant as he's teetotal. That's most of the starting line-up and two of the subs safely tucked up at home (unless Luka and Nico were round at Charlie's getting battered on the slivovitz).

What a load of fuss over nothing.
