Been on the shop website a few times recently. Trying to by my son the CL kit which you can't get in the shop.
Sometimes the site is fine but it regularly siezes up altogether for long periods.
Anyone else suffered this?
We generally don't seem good at selling stuff- going into the shop over the years they are regularly out of one of the kits of have shirts from one, shorts from another or something.
They seem taken by surprise that more people try and buy the kit at the start of the season and Christmas. Disappointing for buyers but the club would take a lot more money if they operated their retail operation competently.

Ssssssh, don't say that! Loyalty! The customer service part of Spurs must not be questioned! I still haven't received my membership pack from 4 months ago despite the club taking my money...oh well it pays someone's wages

Yeah it seems to randomly either work or not work for me. Like the website is down for several minutes regularly.

I wanted to get a Tottenham Champions League keyring, which I saw on there a few weeks ago. I waited to get it in the Megastore, but they didn't have any of the Champions League keyrings in the shops at the ground. Now I've tried to just get it online, but they're not there anymore, nor are many other Champions League souvenirs. I was also interested in getting a Champions League pennant, but that's gone too.

I get the same problem. Oddly enough it would stop responding on mine, but would be fine on my partner's.

I found using IE8 instead of Firefox helped immensly.

I've never had a problem with it but I used to have a problem buying match tickets in the middle of the night.

If you can manage it, avoid the club shop on matchdays. It isn't good for one's nerves.
