southampton would want atleast 50m and we will never ever agree to it ... why can't we accept that morgan schneiderlin is out of our reach and even if somehow we get jay rodriguez , he will be injured for the rest of his career ... he won't replicate the form he had last season ....

Why would MS come here? They are playing a much better style of football than us and
Well despite their recent short term success we're still a significantly bigger club than they are

I suspect he'd increase his wage by coming to us (one reason as to why he'd want to come)

He may well stil have a good relationship with Poch and believe in his ability to produce good things (another reason he'd want to come potentially)

It could be reasonably argued that we also have the greater potential long term to achieve things (a third reason)

At this stage I think Schneiderland will not attract interests from clubs bigger than ourselves really and I still think he'd want to come to us if we moved for him

I suspect again though that we will be unable to come to terms for him with Southampton and really we should have just made the moves before Liverpool and Arsenal made theirs and deminished Southampton's desire to sell and dramatically increased their bargaining position

I think the centre of the park is a massive area we need to improve upon and selling Capoue and Paulinho to bring MS in would be good business for ourselves

We need several players out and 1-2 in of which Morgan should be one and JRod the other. Surely: Lennon, Pauli, Ade, Naughton, Holtby money, BAE release, Vlad, Ceballos should pay for Morgan and an injured JRod with a running down contract
