I want to see him replace Gylfi and Chadli in the squad. I'll give those two until the end of the season to show something, but at the moment he could offer us just as much as either of those guys.

Agree, he seems to have been phenomenal at every level he's played in. I suspect he's the type of player that easily matches his ability to those around him, due to his talent and ability to "read" the game. I think he could do fine amongst our first team.

Looks like a defensive 433. Is Veljkovic a center half or DM? They seem to play him at both positions. Kinda feel it would help his development if he just stuck to one position for the moment.

4 man bench? I'm not sure the rules for U21, but that seems like a very short bench. Injury problems at the U21 level?
