And today, we have learnt from those who attended the hearing that the changes to the plans include increasing the capacity of the stadium by 5,000. So to repeat.....this isn't a rumour.

As the QC for the secretary of state said this morning "There is no evidence of the club having made a decision to pursue any changes to the scheme. There has been no application for anything in terms of planning consent or possible demolition"

So, assuming the appeal is denied, how much time would I have to make one last pilgrimage to the Lane?

The £350m referred to is if required in the event of funding shortfall on the stadium as a bridging loan

It would be HSBC's money; it would be a facility.

Confirmed.

We aren't going to have made mistakes like that with the stakes what they are and the people we had on board.

When he says 'no evidence', he means nothing official. It's been proven in court that we have a new scheme which has been discussed at a high level in government and the plans can't be disclosed until after the court case.

CK QC: We are a long way off finding something that could have lead the SoS to choose not to award the CPO

Very carefully worded, no?

"No evidence of having made a decision"....."no planning consent applied for".

The word he pointedly omits is......."yet".

The documents detailing the new plans exist. They are the reason for the delay to this hearing. That is a fact. Not a rumour.

It's pretty clear to me that, if this dispute is resolved in Spurs' favour, a new planning application will swiftly follow.

CK QC discussing the two seperate plans for the listed buildings encompassed within the plans and how they approached Haringey Council on the subject of demolition

CK QC: In all circumstances Archway's land is needed specifically for the stadium not for any other buildings

So? That doesn't make the current scheme not viable.

There's no harm in contingency planning.

What is a planning application that has not been submitted? I suppose its potentially evidence of an intention?

But that can be explained as a contingency plan based on a number of eventualities that may not come into fruition.

That doesn't worry me at all.

CK QC: There is nothing in the decision letter from the SoS that the decision is in any way dependent on the size of the stadium or number of flats being built

I don't understand what the fuss is about. With Archway in the centre circle, we simply need to make the pitch as wide as possible and play wing backs in a 5 man defence. So Dier, Fazio, Jan at the back. Walker or I quite fancy Yedlin on the right. Happy with Rose on the left. Given the height of AS, it stops teams who want to play hoof-it, so we're likely to get a lot more attractive football played on the deck. We could rent out the top floor on match days as makeshift executive boxes on a revenue share basis with AS. Am I missing something?

The irony is that, purely by complete coincidence, Spurs will be kicking off over the Archway site all season for years and years to come.....

Imagine if Harry Redknapp had heard Levy say "we have £350m from the bank and I am ready to spend it" #SpursCPO
