Just going through the case points from the start of the day... everyone but Archway - I'm certain their QC is fully aware this whole thing is a non-starter - are just going through the motions.

The proceedings are just a formality before the judge grants our way and they all seem to be enjoying themselves.

And, quite frankly, by him bringing forward his ruling to this friday, it's like, @archwaysteel "What the fuck is this nonsense??? Look guys, I've really got important things to do...."

Can anyone tell me what Archway have been offered? And how that compares to their value as a going enterprise?

I think you're at cross purposes, fella!

My post wasn't about the viability of of the scheme.

It was simply a response to camaj, who maintains that talk of any changes to the plans are mere rumour. I'm saying that they are far more than mere rumour. The plans exist. They are the reason for the one month delay to this hearing. That's all. It wasn't a commentary on our prospects at this hearing.

Excellent Smithers.

Christopher Katkowski QC has stood up to clarify saying that it was not the names of the hotel tenant, office tenant, and naming rights sponsor that were left out

Thats a wrap!

4:31pm

Justice Dove thanks the QC's for their 'help in this matter' and thanks everybody in the court before saying that he will deliver judgement at 9.30am on Friday morning.

4:30pm

CLM QC: In all discussion no consideration has been given to discretion to Archway who is having their land and business purchased and their human rights engaged.

4:27pm

CLM QC and Justice Dove discussing the exact wording of his contention that there were signifcant material changes to the plan, at the time the SoS made his decision, which he should have been made aware of and may have made a difference to his decision to grant permission for the making of a CPO.

Are we sure that the Josiffs didn't get confused and hired their quality control person to present their case instead of a legal QC

Reference of human rights in their closing argument. Does that mean they're willing to appeal further to European Court of Human Rights?

I've looked at the cases that go there and most of them seem to be about actual human rights and quite a few of them are high profile. Can't see anything similar to this case.

You know this shit is gonna happen.
By the time these clowns give up the natural movement of the earths tectonic plates will mean they'll actually have moved anyway.
