KWP has played 9 games for Spurs. Fair play that you like him, I think we all want him to succeed. But there is no way you can conclude he is better than Trippier based on that.

I think sometimes our desire for home grown players to succeed clouds our judgement on them. Imo the jury is out on if he will ever make it at Spurs, or even at the top level at all. Granted he could do with some more chances, but perhaps there is a reason he isn't.

I dont give a shit about home grown players (well you should know what I mean). If I believe some have the potential and will do better than who we already have playing, I am happy to give him a chance, regardless of experience and opposition. Simple as. Most may not agree but that's my choice. When other clubs discover a gem in a high profile games, some of us spurs supporters moan that why cant it be us, but yet they are not willing for the club to take the risk or the chance on a player who in my opinion is wasting his time by being here.
