The football family has come together and been fantastic in its support for Fabrice Muamba.

Ahead of the rescheduled match we’ve been working with Bolton Wanderers on a number of initiatives to raise awareness and funds for those charities and organisations whose work helped Fabrice last weekend and are working in the area of heart research/treatment.

As part of this, the match shirts worn by both teams during Tuesday’s re-arranged FA Cup tie at White Hart Lane will be signed by the respective player and auctioned via the Tottenham Hotspur eBay site.

For your chance to get hold of one of these shirts, please make sure you visit the website or keep an eye out across our Facebook or Twitter sites after the match.

All funds raised will be distributed equally between The London Chest Hospital and the London Ambulance Service along with the British Heart Foundation, Pan Africa Heart Foundation and C.R.Y. (Cardiac Risk in the Young).

Your bids will support these great charities and the important work they do.

In addition, the Club will be donating match LED time to help raise awareness of the following charities:

British Heart Foundation: The nation’s heart charity, dedicated to saving lives through pioneering research, patient care, campaigning for change and by providing vital information - more information - www.bhf.org.uk - CLICK HERE...

Pan Africa Heart Foundation: A Pan-Africa charity that targets the primary prevention and specialised treatment of cardiovascular disease - more information - www.panahf.com - CLICK HERE...

C.R.Y – Cardiac Risk in the Young: A charity that raises awareness of conditions that can lead to Young Sudden Cardiac Death and Sudden Death Syndrome - more information - www.c-r-y.org.uk - CLICK HERE...

Many fans have been asking how they can learn how to give CPR.

We’ll be using the match programme and our Facebook and Twitter sites to support the British Heart Foundation’s campaign, Hands-only CPR.

Well done to both clubs, let's hope they raise a good amount for the charities

I don't want to be a meanie, but the Chest hospital and the Ambulance service are NHS and I already pay my taxes for them so why are we raising funds to go into the black hole that is the NHS? I work in the Voluntary sector and quite closley with the NHS and get pissed off when money is diverted from true voluntary organisations to fund the beast called the NHS who couldn't manage a piss up in a brewery and waste millions every day. :bang:

Because I doubt there's a voluntary organisation out there who own an ICU and could have saved his life.

As far as I know, despite being NHS services both are running at a deficit so at some point in the future would have to cut services.

Any money that comes in means that more funds will be able to be spent on delivering the services that help people live.

However they get the money, taxes or donations, I'd suggest that's the most important thing.
