A Marathon for Michael

As I wheeled him around in his wheelchair days before he passed we spotted a poster on the wall of the hospice about the London Marathon fundraising. I told him maybe I should use my ballot place for raising money for the hospice. He approved. So here we are.

Many thanks fella. We won that fancy dress competition. Mick happily took half the winnings despite the fact I paid for both costumes and located a wheelchair.

Sadly, eventually life imitated art. It was pushing him round in his wheelchair that we spotted the marathon poster for the Hospice. Strange what roads life leads you down.
