In the player's defence, it seems like the're having a hard time adjusting from an all out attacking team to a defensive one.

Well that was fucking stupid. Move the ball to the exact spot for the fk and then immediately blow for half time.

Winks should not be first choice. Not good enough defensively or offensively. We need to put a third man in the middle imo.

Winks is limited, love him, but the onus is on him to be our main man to run the midfield with the ball.

We've actually had the better chances overall.

Winks is just so passive. He’s happy to just sit there and not take possession. He had acres of room at times but was happy to hide and not go and get the ball. So frustrating!

For all the fucking nonsense spouted from Neville, we've been creating the better chances than Everton who's only real chance was down to us messing about at the back.
I've got the five live commentary on. Nice and balanced.

I actually didn’t think it was that bad against a decent team.

we should be winning, couple of great saves from Pickford.

Settled after the first 20 and getting more and more into it.

we got this in the 2nd half

Nothing changes. Slow jog performance where the man in possession has one option is he's lucky.

I don't know if we have just amassed a squad of one paced players or if they are trained to exhaustion but I can't remember the last time we looked energetic. (Going back two years+ now)

Not all bad

I think with a fully fit and firing lo Celso and Ndombele for Winks and Dele and we will be good

Didn't care much for that performance, for 45 mimutes that midfield still looks weak and something to be bypassed

I really don't get the point of winks if we have a DM now. Thought it would free him up but its the same old milquetoast performance.
Just a training cone in the middle, we need some one in the middle who controls things when we have possession or at least provides a threat.

If Winks breaks down one more move by passing backwards I'm done.

Idk what I even mean by done, but I'll be peeved.

Winks has been really, really poor.

Feel sorry for Kane, no service once again.

We miss GLC so much.

Neville hit the nail on the head when he said we're just doing lots of single passes without anyone knowing what to do next
