It was on ITV4 this morning (15/07/2013) and is worth watching on catch-up or on demand, particularly for youngsters who probably wonder what all the fuss is about Glenn Hoddle, the Pass Master.... and Alan Brazil who's sweat even sweats when in front of goal.

Great TV in its day.

Not sure if I was - it's a long time ago. I noticed that we were wearing my all-time favourite shirt, which confused me as I thought that centenary shirt was in '81-'82.

Hoddle was, of course, superb; as was the commentary from the incomparable Brian Moore.

How much is Hoddle worth today? Archibald also had a great game.

Hoddle, in my opinion, had (and still has) the greatest mind in football and was the ultimate controller of a game - net worth today would easily be £80m.

I keep having to remind myself that 30 years ago he was passing and shooting with a football that is nothing like the round thing that is used today.
