It's so bizarre as it's completely independent of the style of play. Like he doesn't have to compromise his philosophy for them at all? He needs to make a big call and change up the staff if it's blatantly not working - and that might mean having to make tough decisions on certain people he has close relationships with.

It simply has to change in the summer. Whether it’s a specialist set piece coach or simply relieving Jedinak of his defensive set piece coaching duties, we cannot go into next season without changing anything.
