Bit of ITK on Winksy, I've just been informed he is still injured and is having injections in his ankle. Really not happy hearing that but it's from a rock solid source, personally I know we are short but if the club are managing him like that then I think that's shocking....

It should be Eriksen or Dele there with Lamela in the team.

I don't like people keep underestimating Burnley (especially away). It would be completely suicide if we pair eriksen or alli with Dier as CM2 in 4231

They want that though don't they? I'd have been tempted to play Dier and Alli with Lamela further forward. Not ideal but at least there's more creativity on the pitch and you know you're not gonna see a lack of fight from Lamela.

That's it. There is always this divide between players who in the eyes of Pochettino can do nothing wrong and players who can't get anything right.

I dont get why we need 3 defenders on the bench especially when we have Dier already on the pitch and able to cover if we had so many injuries, we would have been better off with another attacking option

I'm prepared to see how we go before writing us off based on midfield selection.

Anyway they pose a theat at set pieces and we look well set up to contain that threat.

A wee metronome would probably get kicked off the fucking Park anyway.

Win the battle, and a lot of those scrappy second balls, and our quality in the attacking third should prevail.

I think it's a good team for this game.
