The beauty of this game is that whatever can go wrong, has gone wrong. We're all expecting a defeat at this point, we may as well just enjoy seeing our side playing like absolute warrior.

I still can't see us winning with 9, including a makeshift defense, but so far Vic and the boys at the back are playing absolutely unreal to shut them out. Big shout to Skippy coming flying back in just now to nick the ball off someone's foot, huge commitment all round

While this performance is admirable in the circumstances and I can give credit for so much of what we have done this season, I am so bloody annoyed with the utter boneheaded stupidity we have shown tonight in such an important match.

There was a good 10 minute spell during the first half where it was clear we were playing on high adrenaline and it appeared there was no one on the pitch with the right mind to spot this and try to calm us down.

The usual stuff… Feign injury, create a stoppage and use the time to have a proper word with everyone.

It was like watching a car crash in slow motion.

Romero is like that as a player though. There are matches where it’s just so obvious he’s going to do something reckless and get sent off. He seriously needs to get himself under control as he is going to continue to hurt us in big games.
