League Cup match is scheduled for December 21st. leading up to that, we play Liverpool - dec. 16 and then Leicester - dec. 19. Really glad we drew Stoke.

It's two months away, let's not worry about it just yet. Why would we be shitting it at all after the week we have been through anyway?

You're right. Extra time only in the semis and Final.

Just to confirm I googled it and the semis are one leg with whoever drawn first being the home team. Also extra time from semis onwards.

Get past Stoke and then play first team in semi final. It’s smallest of tournaments but we should be going all out to get it won. Get that first cup in million years won early in season and take that experience hopefully into another one in May.

? Never noticed that's how penalties are described in the rule book.

This cup is amazing in that we had one bye, one penalty shoot-out without ET. Now we are a match vs a Championship side away from the semis. Compare that to Europa League: had to play 3 games, travel thousands of km and we've only just made the beginning of the tournament.
