Can I just point out, Ashley Cole is genuinely one of the people I despise most on this planet. Terry and Lampard aren't far behind. What dicks.

pretty shameful that they gave an all time classic premiership match such terrible coverage. bet to round it off we get hardly any praise for our performance. probably some will say we did bad because we didnt win like in the cup final

The future's looking rosey under Ramos, previous years after going 3-1 behind we would have ended up losing 5-1 but the character, spirit and belief was there to see and we could/should have nicked all 3 points at the death but for a Cudicini match saver.

Oh and Ashley Cole is a ****

Definitive proof (if you needed it) that a top goalkeeper can make the difference in any game.

Our keeper = ?

Their's = 2 top quality saves to make sure they got something out of the game.

I was visiting friends during the game, so had the radio on my phone tuned to 94.9 and just clicked it on a few times during the match. First time was to hear us make it 1-1, the second time to hear it go 3-3, the last time to hear it go 4-3, then shrugged thinking we'd blown it.

Chimbonda appeared to be mentioned in all but one of Chelsea's goals in the recap on most sites though

If we're on the subject of players i'd rather were pushing trolleys round Morrisons carpark, i'd have to agree with Ashley Cole and would also have to say Eboue and Lehmann both deserve that honour, but all three pale in comparison to how little i care for El Hadj Diouf.

****.

Three saves each, four goals conceded each.

I thought we'd concluded Chimbonda wasn't a LB last season, after Jol's rapidly abandoned experiment. I don't know what Leapy's done, but surely he couldn't have been any worse tonight.

Watched the score come in on SSN, in silence in a crowded restaurant and i can honestly say that was more stressful than watching the actual game! All you saw was the pundit (Graham Roberts?) goiing mental every 5 seconds before the score flashed up.......crazy!!!

Great come back tho.......Ramos worked his magic again.....

Sod David Villa tho, based on what i saw from the highlights.....i'd spend £20m on Joe Cole in the summer.....

To us, he'd cost twice that.

I cannot believe Avram Grant's comments on the Cole incident.
