Just bagged a pair in the Park Lane upper.

Night game under the lights before I take a week off for Chrimbo! Can't wait. Saw a thread the other day about the atmosphere at the Lane - absolutely no chance it'll be quiet for this one!!

Who else has snared some tickets this morning? :hump:

Im 50/50 season ticket holder with a mate... I got Arsenal this year and he got Chelsea... gutted not to be going but as you said atmosphere will be incredible... those comments the other day were from a Paxtonite... at the end of the day how can you expect an atmosphere when you sit in the family stand with kids...? Move to the park lane or shelf if you want to be involved...

Pissing shitty system. Was online on my phone from 9.10, hitting refresh till ticket availability appeared at 9.30. Was about to nab 2 seats in block 34 when the connection decided to time out on me.

Finally finished queueing at about 10.00 and have now got 2 seats in block H (Shelf upper), row 6, everything else more or less booked up. What's the general opinion on this bit of the ground? Hoping I won't end up needing binoculars, I've rather got used to the combination of proximity to the action and the atmosphere in the PL Lower. :-(

Definitely mate. Sorry to hear you couldn't get tickets, but the Arsenal game was certainly decent!

I was in there for the Arsenal game and Inter Milan last season. I actually used to have a season ticket in there a few years ago too.

On the whole, it's good. Inter Milan was incredible. That said, I do tend to find myself casting jealous glances towards the Park Lane.

IMO the best stand to go in if you can't get tickets to in the PL. Night games (especially London derbies) always bump the atmosphere up a few notches though, so it'll be awesome mate I'm sure. :)

Cheers buddy. First season I've got myself a Lilywhite membership so I'm determined to get to all the games I've never been able to get tickets for before! Arsenal in the PL lower was a cracker, I fear I've been spoilt forever now...

Good man. I was in the East Upper for the Goons game. £71 for the ticket...

More than worth it after we won, but I guess that's where the prices are heading until we build ourselves a megabowl.
