The fixture pile up will get worse if this is called off but it has to be if multiple entrances/exits are closed off. Have to plan for emergencies & it’s completely unworkable if in the unlikely event the stadium needs to be evacuated at any point.
And that is the main entrance for the away fans. Going to be a nightmare in and even worse getting out.

A reminder too that trains to and from WHL station will only be 4 carriages.

Four trains per hour are expected to call at White Hart Lane in both directions throughout the day. All trains will be made up of four carriages with longer queues to be expected post-match.

Due to shorter trains post-match,
supporters travelling to Liverpool Street are reminded that Northumberland Park services have greater capacity to those from White Hart Lane and are faster because they have fewer stops.
I’ve been opting to get the Greater Anglia this season on my way to the ground as the congestion at WHL overground station is too much. All it takes is for one cancellation and there’s more of a pile up.

As you said more room with longer trains on those Greater Anglia trains out of Liverpool Street. It’s a bit of a trot but for those going today (wanting to avoid the London Overground at WHL) get off at Tottenham Hale and walk up the High Road.

Currently on a train to WHL which very much has 8 carriages - hopefully some of the others do too!!

Presumably the game wouldn't be going ahead if they thought there was any danger to the public

Football is secondary when it comes to this. Someone has been tragically murdered. If certain areas need to be closed and thus longer travel times then so be it. RIP to that person and my prayers and sympathies are with the family who needlessly lost a loved one.

What’s the latest you can get rid of a ticket on ticket exchange? Just stuck my one on there as I’ve been ill the last couple of days. If it doesn’t go I guess I’ll have to drag myself along…

A selection of General and Premium seats continually become available across the stadium on Ticket Exchange right up until 2 hours before kick-off and Season Ticket Holders are also able to list their seat up until two hours before kick-off.

Think it closes 2 hours prior to KO, so you have 34 mins to get rid. Good luck!

Grabbed a last minute (relative to being able to travel) ticket.

Warmer weather, evening kick off and no work tomorrow.

Think we should be grateful that this is going ahead, by the look of it the crime scene right on the corner of Worcester Ave & Northumberland Pk. and with thousands of fans trying to get to the stadium via Worcester Ave northern end which they now can't do, you could not have blamed the police if they had said call it off.

The two sets of fans are going to be mingling even more than usual down the Park Lane if the away fans can't get out directly on to Northumberland Park hopefully there'll be people directing back across to their coaches if they've got them.

So Sarr over Bentancur for this one otherwise the rest picks itself.

Im interested to see how the front 3 do against a likely low block although Forest are no where near the Level of West Ham and we are at home not away so I’m quite confident this will be hopefully a fairly routine win, 3-1 I’m going for.

3-0 with a clean sheet would be nice but we shall see… COYS

I would have picked Bentancur over Bissouma, but the rest of the eleven pick themselves.

Forest have some things that can hurt us - quick wingers that like to get on behind the full backs, and Chris wood on set pieces sounds like nightmare fuel.

But their defence isn't good enough to keep us out.

3-1
