Not only that but you lose that sharpness in certain areas of attack.

Conte should really start drilling Rodon, Sess, Gil and dare I say Dele into the team as main core. Build the young squad. Dier, Winks and Lucas are so slow and unbelievable terrible in reaction time and intelligence.

honestly though, Dier has the ball there under no pressure, but there is zero movement or desire to make a pass for him - Winks runs away, PEH stands still, Kane stands still. there's nothing except a Bolton style long ball.
