Also, surely if Jose persists on playing this "way'' why doesn't he play Toby?

We're obviously set up to counter attack from the back so it's not rocket science to start our best long range passer who can start quick transitions? Weird.

Complete shit from both Dier and Hugo on the goal. I am absolutely fucking sick to death of this team losing concentration in key moments. We were seconds away from getting into half time despite the fact that the setup hadn't worked. Absolutely fucking disgusted with this group of players, sick of watching the same shit over and over and over and over and over.

Tactically we are overrun in the middle, outnumbered. And we are not compensating on the flanks. It's naivety.

Agreed, it was literally centre meters away from him at a snails pace and he fucking watched it, dier was obviously thinking he would pick it up
Yep. Keeper should always claim that. A CB that close to goal with a player behind him is always a risk of an own goal if he plays at it. Keeper totally at fault for my money.

So frustrating, you could see as the half went on the composure disappearing from our players.

Got to say Lloris is a superb shot stopper but needs to command his box more. We concede too many goals where the players just look at each other after it wondering who should have dealt with it. That doesn't excuse any other players for their defending.

Big second half needed but I worry the players will capitulate after that goal.

We were fine until Kane picked up that knock, since then we have been playing with 10. The goal was a bit of a joke, I don't know if it's a case of not playing to the whistle it or just a lack of decisiveness, but Liverpool were definitely on the up for the last 10 minutes.

If Kane has to go off, please for the love of God don't bring on Lucas.

We have still looked threatening going forward but that goal changes it a bit, if Kane stays on Liverpool will probably sit a bit deeper, if he comes off then we are in the shit.

If ever there was a time for Bale to come on and roll back the years with a dominating performance, please let it be now.

Watching the replay, that is down to Lloris. Dier is facing the goal and would score an OG if he blocks it. Lloris needs to lunge and block that and damn the consequences.

That is precisely the sort of mentality that will hold us back and one we need to get rid off if we want to achieve the big trophies.
How on earth is my mentality gonna hold us back and stop us winning trophies?

Ndombele is way too good for this team.
Jose's negative tactics takes so much away from his potential!!

Get Bale on for Doherty and if Kane is hurt get Vini on. No need to make it worse.
