That performance in the second half was absolutely outstanding. Arguably our best of the season given the players we have out and the opposition we were facing.

Ange getting these performances out of fringe players, some even playing out of position, demonstrates why he needs to be backed and shown patience throughout any kind of rocky period. He’s a genius.

Players will get a massive confidence boost from that.

On to smashing the spammers on Thursday.

A bit of character shown today, good job boys that's all we can ask for under these circumstances.

That's a stunning result given the circumstances! 11 players injured or suspended, away at the treble winners. and score 3 goals and get a priceless point. So proud of what Ange is doing and of this team - a couple of additions and our players back and who knows what we can achieve in the next season and a half! #COYS

So much more sound in that second half, I think Hojbjerg just put a bit of stiff in the spine.
I am proper chuffed.

Quick note on Vicario.

He continues to impress me in the way he conducts himself. Seeing him being such a pro, chilling out Pep at full time, being a peacemaker. Another show of character from him. He’s a quality guy, isn’t he?

Now Ange needs to tell Carragher and Neville to stick the nativity label up their non coaching arses.

I’m disappointed in myself that I thought we’d get hammered.
Somehow we keep fighting. We may have lost the previous few games but something is building here.
I love this team!

Wanted a manager like this for so long, no complaints when the chips are down just suck it up, keep being brave and ride out the storm, so so refreshing.

Complete opposite of Conte & Jose etc who’d be throwing out all sorts of excuses and tantrums.

particularly with the tight passing at the back. Even against City pressing he doesn’t worry me.
