Looking forward to this tonight, I'm hoping we beat them as I think we could win the cup this season, and I'd love us to. Nervous though but if maddison is back and starting I'll feel more confident. Coys

My XI :

Vicario
Porro Dragusin Romero VDV Udogie
Kulu Bentancur Maddison
Richy Werner

I dont mind a 3-5-2 given we have no Sarr or Bissouma or Hojberg (may not start). Rather than Skipp , I would play a back3. I know Ange will not play back3. Its just my feel, for the opponent City, its better to have a extra CB in box than Skipp who may not be in the game at all.

3-5-2 while defending-
On attack, more like a 3-3-4 But push up Porro & Udogie into midfield and free up Maddison & Kulu to move forward.
Creative idea, but strongly.l disagree
If we need an extra player anywhere it's in midfield. Seen some good analysis on thr game at their place where we overloaded central areas and it was pivotal to stopping them and getting our game going. Expect Romero to step up with Bentancur when we have possession

Man city at home in the fa cup 4th round what can go wrong....

My school had parents evening that night. Children had to attend with their parents and you went into the assembly hall and wait to be summoned to whatever teacher. Didn't mind waiting as I was listening to the game on my walkman radio. Afterwards because my reports were good my parents took me to McDonald's. Neither of them could understand why I was upset. My school reports were better than feared and I'm at McDonald's (getting fast food/takeaways was a rare special occasion thing in my childhood). "Spurs are losing," I replied when asked what's wrong. To which my mum said "you should be used to that".

What a bitch. Hope you threw a nugget at her ignorant face.

Looking forward to this, but I’m so much more excited that we’re within three players now of having all our top players available again.

Just waiting for the conclusion of AFCON and the Asia cup and I feel we can really push on again.

I was at that game.

Absolutely hellish.
That game was definitely our JFK moment. Noone will ever forget where they were when they watched it.

I was skiing in Morzine and came off the slopes early that day to guarantee a good seat right in front of the telly in one of the local bars in the resort. I got ripped to pieces by all my mates for the remainder of the trip.

I was at secondary school and it was parents evening night. Had just met with my Maths Teacher who was a massive City fan and I was giving him stick when we were 3 up. He absolutely ridiculed me the day after 😝

Isn't this the Nusa thread?
Hey ho, I think he'll start Madders and bring him off around 60 mins. Not sure he would bring him on late with the risk of extra time.
There's no extra time tonight. Goes to a replay if scores are level at 90 mins.

As some may know, I have the misfortune, of living in Leicester....:(
Anyways, I'm just having lunch in my local coffee shop, and they are playing Can't Smile Without You :singing:

it's a sign... 😉

Will be in the south stand tonight - looking forwatd to it. We should only be two players (Son + one of Biss / Sarr) away from our strongest starting 11.

Don't like all this talk about them never having scored at the new stadium - can see them running riot.
