Just got back from the game. My word. What has Ange done?

Atmosphere was the best for years. Bissouma, Sarr and Maddison were sublime from 30 minutes onwards. Absolutely bossed United second half. Vicario was excellent. Full backs grew into the game strongly.

Ange has galvanised this club in three months. Just an all round feel good atmosphere with daring football and players smiling/busting a gut.

If Caicedo is worth 115m, Bissouma is 150m.

God it feels good to be COYS again.

Please lads help me out. I couldn't watch it (don't ask but had to be done). Did we deserve it? Who was your MOTM?
1st half/ 35 mins they were better, a few big chances missed, we looked a bit nervous. Final 10 of 1st half and pretty much whole 2nd half we were by far better side and yea overall we deserved it 💪

So much to be positive about after a few weeks training, handful (and a small one at that) of pre-season games and 2 difficult opening competitive matches.

I was not expecting anything like what we’re seeing. And I still think it will improve a lot.

We will cause a lot of teams a lot of problems this year and that’s before we’re even settled.

I do think we need a statement signing up top. If we are serious about this season being more than just transition, a top level CF, another CB and a wide man would, in my opinion, create a really good squad.

But so far, Ange is seriously impressive.

Really enjoyed this afternoon - especially the second half. Crowd were on top form and it's fun to play without too much expectation.

Still a lot of work to be done, we gave united far too many opportunities to score but the foundations of what Ange's building look exciting.

Just home from the game and am still buzzing, best atmosphere for years the place was absolutely rocking.
Everyone was a positive, Richarlison has to work on getting the ball to stick to his feet and hold it up for runners instead of tricky flicks that don't come off but he'll get there.
It was lovely to see the players grow in confidence through the game to the point they were taking people on and trying things later on in the game that they hesitated to do at the start even though we did start on the front foot.
I thought that especially applied to the keeper who, helped by some wonderful reaction saves, grew throughout the game. Sarr is getting better and better and Romero seems to have taken his vice captain role to heart and was a real leader in the defence. Bisouma has that thing like Dembele where he gets closed down by three men turns around and somehow comes away with the ball with players bouncing off of him. MVDV and Destiny looked absolutely solid again and James Maddison looks like he's got a point to prove wearing the number 10 shirt.
To mention just a few but the whole team were terrific today and most importantly they were clearly all loving it, can't remember the last time I saw the players so happy.
Still lots of signs that the players are still learning about each other but when they do it's going to be a sight to behold.
What a great evening I've had, I will probably even watch MOTD tonight😊

That atmosphere today was incredible. Best it’s been. Absolutely rocking from minute one.

First time I’ve actually felt the structure of the south stand moving.

Porro's best game in a Spurs shirt, Bissouma MOM for me and ran that United midfield ragged, and hope he takes Fernandez out of his shorts pocket before throwing them in the wash.

Sarr looked like he had five seasons under his belt, and Maddison incoming is the best thing to happen to this club since perhaps Modric, Dembele or perhaps Ardiles.

Obvious we have issues with Richy, and Son in my opinion should be moved to the middle and Solomon slotted in on the left.

Limited time on the pitch maybe but one goal in thirty one appearances for Richy would suggest that we likely have another Soldado on our hands?

Overall we rode our luck at times, have a brilliant pairing at centre back, and a midfield to rival any PL team.

We will lack goals up front this season which it worrying, so baldy man needs to loosen those purse strings next week!

Glass defo half full guys!

What a great day. Apart from that great win, our son came down for a visit and to celebrate my birthday from last week. I'm fucking bouncing right now!

How we never got a Pen for that foul on Romero is beyond me, especially after seeing the Brentford penalty today.
