This is where we get found out, lack of depth. First XI, great, but depth isn’t there in comparison with our rivals. All over the Christmas period Poch talked about the players maintaining the energy despite the close run of games, and that’s sums up the lack of depth meaning we can’t rotate to freshen the squad between games as required.
