For all the critics and people not having him starting today, i dread to think what it would've been like without Winks today, the only one showing any composure in midfield.

It seems strange considering we're now losing but back 3 might not have been the worst idea when Sissoko went off. Couldn't we have brought on Sanchez, took defensive emphasis off the fullbacks who were struggling and played Winks Eriksen and Alli behind Son and Kane?
Same setup that killed Liverpool last year

Stupidity? One poor pass after a big change in midfield, is no one else culpable for that goal? Lloris who should have done better? Davies who was no where near Rashford? Why were we so exposed from one good pass?

It was a mistake, but fuck me, it's only half time. You think Serge or KWP is immune from a mistake? Was it his lack of pace that caused it?
How many mistakes has he made this season?

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me umpteen times, shame on both of us.

We haven't been shit.
Why are d'ohing this @Oh Teddy Teddy ? We've had the ball in the net and plenty of fluid attacks. We are moving the ball quickly and have conceded a single goal to a mistake and United break. All their attacks have been because we have been pressing them and they are countering.

The 2nd half against wolves was "shit". This ain't.

Look at the bench - who is he going to bring on?
I believe it's a matter of positioning in the field rather than bringing someone in the game. United will park the bus now, the players will also have to improve their attitude in the game, the team is playing with a very disturbing lack of urgency.

Massive 45 minutes ahead.

we are good at beating top sides when they are on bad form or when morale is low.

we cant beat top teams if they are on form and have good morale.

It has been the spurs MO since i have been a spurs fan and its also the reason why we have won F all since 1991.

If we’re not buying and all cool with Skipp being back up then he should be coming on. Poch clearly isn’t thinking he’s ready thus not buying a DM or CM this January is utterly pathetic from the powers that be.

Can’t believe we are losing that Sissokko is injured and that Martial didn’t see red for a push to the face that liability trippier

I was really pleased to see Vertonghen starting but you do feel Sanchez's pace would of come in handy in terms of dealing with their pace.
Had to have Sanchez next to him in a back three, for me. Would've matched up with United's front three on the counters and given us an insurance policy, since Jan is returning from a lengthy injury.

Squad is much thinner than we thought at the beginning of the season. Dembele and Wanyama filling spaces but almost non-players. Look at our bench - the only option we have to change things is Llorente :-s
