He ain't wrong. But let's face it, both Gentle Ben and Reggie are crap. Doesn't matter which one plays, they're still toothless in attack and weak in defence.
He doesn’t even talk Queen’s English. If people on here can’t understand him what hope is there that those thick fking players can make sense of what he’s trying to get into their thick fking skulls. Someone now will try to tell me Kane went to Oxbridge. Thick fking t***

I watched a different game today to what we were watching earlier in the season, we were no longer desperately trying to punt the ball out from the back, today we played out from the back good neat passing moves out of defence, I know plenty of people didn't see that but then plenty of people weren't looking or didn't want to see that but it's what happened.
I actually think we were moving it further forward comfortably than we have been and are finally starting to use Emerson out on the right to better effect but all too often there was nobody in the box to play it into and that is our problem right now, we have not got any cohesion up front. Kane is nowhere near his best and I think now it may be time to drop him because he ain't going to play himself back into form without a slap in the face. I know people will say we need his goals but we ain't getting them anyway and I'm not having a pop at him I seriously just think we need to take some kind of action. The first goal happened, it was classic Ronaldo, a great take hard as it is to say it. Unfortunately for the 2nd Skipp lost possession and left us with Ronaldo and Cavani bearing down on goal and that only ends one way.
Main thing that got me was the number of people in the ground who weren't actually supporting Spurs, booing during the game, booing the players doesn't support the team.

Mate, it was slow, life less, no movement, safe. There was no plan to that passing, just lack of responsibility

I disagree there was more intent and movement than we've been seeing. It is an improvement and they've obviously been working on it. It will improve you mark my words.

Agreed. Was at the game with a United fan (his SPurs brother couldn't make it so gifted his ticket) and we both thought it was a very even contest and Spurs were pretty good at most parts of the game.

Except for the most crucial one. We never, ever look like we can fashion a good chance let alone score a goal. And eventually that wears you down as a team and as a support base.

Maybe they are booing the owners? They don’t care but we do.

We lost 0-3 to a poor United team. Not improvement. We didn’t have a shot on target. Come on. Who on earth are you trying to convince?

Hojbjerg was hinting at some serious issues in the post-match interview: "I'd better not say any more"

I wonder if something specific has happened, along with the unspecific, general crapness

Sorry but with the way the team is set up there's not going to be any improvement. Hojbjerg, Skipp and one of Lo Celso or Ndombele just isn't creative or dynamic enough. All fine players in their own right but nowhere near a complementary trio at least to fit the style of football Nuno wants from them. Coupled to that the non-attacking threats of Royale and Davies and this was always destined to be a loss. There is no pace, no creativity, no significant attacking threat. It's pedestrian, obvious and one dimensional and if Nuno can't see this then he's not going to last long.

The irony that Levy, Paratici and Nuno all promised a return to an attacking, energetic style of football. Fuck me.

Please then understand how us Aussie Spurs supporters are feeling this morning
Oh god. I lived in Australia back in 2013/14 and staying up til 3 or 4 am just to watch us put in crap performance after another, then when that got too much I'd sleep through the games only to wake up to those 5 and 6 nil poundings.

I certainly feel your pain. Hey but at least you can ignore it all a bit easier over there.

United didn't press. We'd have to be even worse than the incompetent side we are now to not be able to advance the ball in front of a United team that were allowing us to do that. They were fine with us "advancing" the ball up through to medium block territory because they know we're one-paced, trundle speed team with no attacking intent.

As green shoots go, this one seems like willful self-deception. Even still, I appreciate the effort to try to pick something positive out of it.

But Nuno ( or whoever) doesn't have any other options does he? When he lost his mind and played a supposedly more creative midfield v Arsenal , we were torn to shreds. We simply don't have the right players at the club due to awful recruitment errors both in who we have bought and who we have passed over. Nuno is bound to go sooner or later but I don't see any answers to the issues from within this squad.

Forgot to mention, why did Glc take a corner? Either Son takes them all or not. Its not jumpers for goal posts and 'I'll take this one' ffs.
And how in Gods name can nobody take a decent freekick in the entire squad. Seriously, its pathetic.
