Now they've got VAR it should just be last foot decides it. Would be so easy.
absolutely we had the same thing with kane on a few occasions. the attacker is always going to be ahead of a defender as they are running forward, the body shape will be different

Do you feel it was a fluid, attacking, high tempo game? It was pedestrian pace against a team there for the beating
It wasn't that for the full 90 minutes, but it didn't need to be. We created plenty of good opportunities and should have had more than the 3. It wasn't pedestrian pace for much of it, only little periods when we wanted to slow the game down on purpose.

Back from the game and some significant changes to note.
We had two wingbacks both hugging the sideline and we were playing the ball out to them stretching Forest all game, it seemed every time one of our forwards received the ball with his back to goal they had that pass out wide not to mention our midfield switching play with cross field balls more often than not.
As for Pedro Porro, all dynamism and pretty much every cross beat the first defender, it was like I was in a different world. Such a shame Richarlison didn't get his goal, he took it so well.
Forest pressed us so much harder in the second half and drove us back a bit but we overcame that comfortably eventually.
We were saying we needed some fresh legs a while before the subs were made just a little too late to prevent their goal but overall we looked much more cohesive although there's still a way to go to perfection.
Oh also I lost count the times we had multiple men in their box which is very different to what we've been watching lately

What is the consensus on here if Conte steers us into 3rd.......ie above Pool Newcastle and Manu

Stay or go.....

Go but with a thanks. Dont think we can have another season clouded by uncertainty. In fact id go the same for Kane - either sign or we sell. Id love a season without any kind of fuss. Just one season.

100% how I saw it as well today. Forest were poor, but we also were good and good enough to take full advantage of it. That's something we haven't been for a while. We were proactive, kept them penned in at times. Especially the first half.

Certainly much more positive after today.

OMG how can that be offside. The line in forest defender is well inside him arm. The line on Richarlison is on outside of his arm. How blatant is that.
It's from the logo on the sleeve they mark it from, Forrest defenders hand being stretched out past the line makes no difference.

Going by that it's offside, very close offside, but still offside.

Pawson is an absolute fuckwit….forest player rolls on floor when we have ball…stops play and gives them ball back…fucking joke just like VAR
Stopped play when a forest player was laying on the ground way off the pitch too.
