Personally I think Werner could do a better job at ST than most probably think. He has similar characteristics to Ange's typical system striker. I think if he has less to think about he will finish in the box. However, I agree that I really liked Sonny there for his finishing as well with pace around him. I would love to see those two be fluid/interchanging throughout. Hope we come out ready to run, with the 2 week break I think the least we could ask for is just consistent pressing since we do have some fresh legs on the bench.

Controversial because it's ludicrous. Lo Celso hasn't played in ages and Sarr has been excellent.

So play him out of position when he's currently trying to get back up and speed in his favoured position.

I wouldn't play Bentancur at all but if you weigh it up, his defending is better than Emerson's ability to play football

Reckon both will miss out, but if one makes it, I agree it is more likely to be Scarlett.

He'd also have a lot more ground to cover playing RB in this system as he's still a RB when we are out of possession of the ball. He's currently struggling to cover the ground in his favoured position.

U21 team v Everton for tomorrow will be announced about 12 noon so will get an hours advance warning on whether there is any chance of Scarlett/Lankshear being on bench for 1st team.

For right back position Ange has always trusted Emerson , why would he suddenly experiment tomorrow.
