Someone needs to pull down Poch's trousers and give it a real good slap

We’ve been unable to beat most of the mediocre sides we have played in the league this year - when are we expecting to get a victory. I can’t see it coming any time soon under this clown.
This is the problem in a nutshell we can’t even mask our shitness by beating the poor/average sides let alone the top half. Where is this resurrection from poch going to come from. The club needs a change at the top and the players need a reality check.

the biggest surprise today for me was seeing 77% of our fans on this site thought spurs would win today, like they haven't been watching either side in the league recently

The one who finished in the top 8 four seasons in a row with bolton?

He finished in the top 8 with Everton too, with a worse squad and situation we're in.

That's not to be saying "BFS in", but there are manages who've done a lot better with a lot worse, so the Poch delusion needs to end.
Sorry, Poch and Allardyce shouldn't be in the same conversation. I get what you're saying, but its disregarding almost every possible context.

I'm not arguing poch in or out by the way. Just repeating myself about expectations.

Just shit again.

One team looked like they knew what they were doing, with urgency and a plan. The other didn't, and we got lucky getting a point.

Do people truly think Poch is going to turn this round? he has had since January and 2 transfer windows?
He was "happy" with his squad - remember! I know this is clearly him playing the puppet of Levy, hence he wont get rid of him but we are in BIG danger with these 2 clowns in charge.
we will finish bottom half this season and if Poch is still in charge prob battle the relegation spots
how has this happened and more importantly how long and how do we get back to where we was :(

Yup. West Ham are one of the only teams in worse form than us right now. If they turn us over surely Levy has to act.
They will be up for it, they always are no matter how well or badly they are playing. We're really struggling to match opponents' desire and aggression at the moment so I can only see it ending one way. I think if it ends up a drubbing then it will finally be the end of Poch.

Poch needs to go but make no mistake whoever replaces him must be backed to the hilt, the squad is in such need of replacements

Poor result but Sheffield Utd look a very well drilled outfit
Yeah, don't think people appreciated how tricky of a game this was especially after a trip to Serbia midweek. This is the best defense in the league (by goals allowed) that we were playing against.

The result is probably not a huge surprise. The surprise is that we played so poorly again.

Let's just pay Simeone whatever he wants to come to Spurs. We'd never finish below third minimum and every single player would have balls.

They should be.

Poch is apparently a "motivator", and you're saying nothing can change.

Allardyce has made a managerial career in recent years of motivating crap teams to get results.

Ergo, they are both motivators and not tacticians, and so changing motivator is a valid option.

I'd say that when you can read from SC how we are going to play or what we are going to do/not do, alarm bells should ring.
I don't think it's much of a problem if the opposition team have a good idea of what we're going to do, offensively at least. Everyone knows what Liverpool and City are going to do, but they're in good systems and players know what they're supposed to do. I'm sure the way Sheffield United played today was no different than they have so far this season. We're just not set up right, and no matter how many formation changes Poch makes during a game (it was at least 3 today) or from game to game, we still have the exact same problems every game. We must be the worst team in the league at defending crosses, and it's been the biggest weakness in the team since the beginning of his reign, but we still just let teams get into easy crossing positions and cross at will.
