Their moaning about 12 mins but with all their time wasting... it should've been more.

Foderingham accounting for about 7 of those mins

And from Sky Sports

Sheffield United manager Paul Heckingbottom to Sky Sports: "Spurs are a very good team, and we had to really defend well but also when we could, we played. We created chances ourselves and up until the very end we limited Spurs to efforts from outside the box.

"Sometimes you've got to accept you're going to give some things away. We defended our box very well and went in front, missed a couple of really good chances ourselves, so to lose a game in that way is really cruel. But it doesn't change our performance.

"Now I want to focus on the performance, we did that today.

"We had to concentrate all game, it was a fatigue thing, the pressure they put on us. They had to take a few more risks so their shape slightly changed. But it's two lapses and we've been beaten 2-1.

"It is what it is, but we've got to focus on the performance. We were close to getting three points, then one and then it slipped away. But like I said to the players, we've got to keep focusing on us and what we do.

"Something needs to be done now. And this is not me moaning, I said it half-time and when we were 1-0 up as well. The focus is on timewasting so the referees are dictating how we play. We set up from the back, then Spurs push forward and then that dictates how we play. But no, we're just told to play long. You can't do it.

"Wes (Foderingham) got a yellow card for handling outside the box and then got threatened with a sending off (for timewasting) you can't do it. The officiating is appalling, and it's not about the football decisions, it's just game management.

"My worry is all the focus is on yellow cards for time wasting and when I talked to the referees they haven't got a clue what I'm talking about. they're officiating the game, they simply do not know the game.

"We need to sort that and sort that quick. It's ruining the spectacle. And then to sum it all up we get Ollie McBurnie sent off for telling the referee someone is pulling his shirt. We've just seen someone lead with an elbow into our goalkeeper who needs stitches and that's the same offence. What's going on, seriously what's going on with our game?"

Fabulous picture. The group middle a few rows from the top, just mental lol. Such unbridled joy, love it.
Football can put you through the ringer and nobody plays with your emotions more than Spurs, after the last few years we've had since the CL Final, then Jose, then Conte and now we seem Back In Stride Again* this song always nails it for me.

*See what I did there? ;)

Just sat down on train from Finsbury Park. Feels like it took an age from the ground to get here but I am still coming down from that high hugging everyone around me. That's for all the time wasting and crap officiating. Delighted for Richy to score, Johnson took his "goal" really well down in front of me and their keeper is a grade A ****.

Buzzing. COYFS. Loved the atmosphere. Best at a 3pm game in a long, long time for me for ones I have been to.

Obviously being at the game I don't know how or if VAR looked at things. Was the Johnson goal a quick look and how far off or close was it? Because it certainly felt like it had have been a clear offside.
It was looked at but they didn't draw lines. It was the correct decision but it was close. Probably no more than a foot

Great idea, let’s just allow the goalkeeper to stand there every time he gets the ball and slowly assess every possible outcome from every possible option he has.
I’m sure that goalkeepers wouldn’t possibly use that to waste time... fans should all bring a good book to quietly read while this is going on.

Absolute bellend that bloke.

I agree it was a mistake, but that's all it was, a mistake. Not some bollocks corruption that sees the refs conspiring with the FA and Premier league to prevent Spurs from winning
It wasn’t just a mistake. The refereeing today was of colossal incompetence. Literally the worst I’ve ever seen in over 40 years of watching us play.

The fact that corruption is even being mooted reflects how bad it was.

That was a frustrating game for most of 90 mins but what a cracking outcome. At about the 80 minute mark I thought we're just short of will to win again, nobody in particular to blame. But we just dont seem to be more urgent when needed. And the boost of 12 mins added, followed by goals. And after Richarlison, a real urgency to not settle for a draw.

Massive 3 points going into a big double header. And 5 for 3 places up front that seem dynamic and threatening.
