I fully expect us to win this game as I believe we have to much quality going forward for your defence to handle.

One key area that I can see being a complete mismatch is Bale v Hutton, the guy can not defend.

We are on a roll as you said, we have a pretty much full strength squad, playing at home and we are full of confidence so for me this game will be 4 - 1.

Agreed. I imagine the Villa RM will have to pick him up as well. Who's that, Downing or N'Zogbia?

I have been to the lane the last three season, i love the ground, but last season Heskey did own your rb and I believe when we lost him that when momentum changed.

He did, but the right-back for Spurs that day was Alan Hutton, who is now Villa's right-back, so I'm optimistic .

I expected Villa to be very tight and have lots of 0-0 and 1-0 results under McLeish but they seem to still be quite open so it should be a good game.

I'd fancy us to dominate and create chances, but Given always used to play a blinder against us when he was at Newcastle, and if he has a worldy then Agbonlahor and Bent have the ability to take whatever chances Villa create on the break.

we'll completly roll you over in the 1st half, 2 goals, maybe 3

you'll come out in the 2nd, attack us, our management will do nothing when its painfully obviously that we need to tighten up, darren bent will score of course, we will hang on to a 1 goal lead for over half an hour, with goal line scrambles and last ditch blocks and saves

spurs win

I'm afraid of Hutton doing some permanent damage to Bale, especially after what happened to Shane Long.

While I'm sure Hutton will have a point to prove, I doubt he'd be that much of a 4-* word, would he?

Dadbasha. Sounds like a character out of Aladdin. Frequently plays like a character out of Aladdin.

The only open sesame-ing he would be doing would be picking at his prawn and seame toast starters in the Chinese at 3 AM on his way home from a good sesh

I hate the international break, hopefully it doesn't affect our current form. But at least there's more chance of getting Harry back in time. We need to play at a high tempo from the start.

I'm always confident when we play at home.

Only got half way down page one of this thread but I have to say now....

That Jenas will NEVER get shit from me for the simple fact that he scored a stunning free kick against the mancs and he scored the equaliser deep in injury time(I think) against the scum a few years back. Not only did I go absolutely mental in a pub where I was the only spurs fan(My wife was so embarressed lol), but it made going back to my father in laws house who is a gooner, a really enjoyable experience.

Not hard to please eh

I think the international break is a good thing for now. More recovery time for King and sometimes runs like these can be hard to imagine that they'd be sustained for much longer so the break takes off any potential added
pressure I feel.

That's my worry.

Our last international break saw king breakdown against a fulham. Maybe just a coincidence but it would be better if the clu. Could arrange a friendly for him this weekend to keep him ticking over
