One of the problems for us is that Kane leads the line as opposed to causing problems with his pace. It allows teams to drop off and play compact against us. If he drops deep we need runners in advance, but not happening right now.

Lamela's tight passing would probably be a better option against the back 7.

West Ham have done a good job.
