Finishing above West Ham and their “amazing” team is all the incentive we should need. In Addition, finishing above the Gooners and qualifying for Europe.

The apathy is because the expectation was raised so much under Poch, we never had this level of apathy in the late 90s when we were complete dog shit

I really, really don't understand why Rodon was ever dropped in the first place after becoming a regular and doing fairly well. The best thing Mason could do now would be to introduce some of the youth and set us up for next season, giving minutes to Scarlet, Cirkin, Rodon, Tanganga etc.

Sick to death of this current squad. Dier, Sissoko, Winks etc should never play for us again. Give the youngsters a chance.

I think last week's defeat by Leeds would have been pretty crushing for this group of players, and with so little to play for, I suspect we will see a fairly flaccid performance. Wolves are in a similar place to us though. Probably a really awful game with either side winning 1-0.

I agree about the current squad and we need to get rid of a lot (especially those you mention). We need to give the young players a chance at some point but the main priority for this season is to get into the Europa League. We must avoid being in the new joke Europa Conference and need to finish above Arsenal and West Ham. Please Spurs, at least show some pride and effort in these last few games.

Wasn’t there talk on here that he was misbehaving off pitch?

I think the apathy is down to the fact that we had worked so hard to get to a certain point, and then when we got there we totally failed to do what needed to be done in order to stay there. I loved watching the scenes at Wemberlee yesterday but I really hope that Daniel Levy felt embarrassed watching the joy and jubilation of the Leicester Fans. He should be bloody embarrassed. It shows what can happen when owners, team management and players are all aiming towards the same goal!

Why would he feel embarrased? He doesnt care about being shown up to be garbage because he doesnt care about winning. He cares about money. He cares about what his next bonus is going to be.

I would love to see some of the younger players get a chance, I'm just not sure we will.
Could be a huge risk for Mason to pick them and it fails. He doesn't have long as our manager, and this is his first real experience.

Hopefully who ever is manager next season will bring through more young players.

Bit bored of all of the self-pity from our fan base if I'm honest.

As for this game, don't think Wolves have been flying and are missing a couple of key players so hoping for a good performance. In an ideal world I'd like to see Ryan give time to some of the youngsters but can understand he has a remit to finish the season strongly and so is sticking with experience.

Quite looking forward to this one.

More than once, but it could be just rumors, same as him being completely dropped by Mason.

It was posted in the Rodon thread a couple of days ago, that Mason has said that Rodon has...

"Been training very well"

"Been very professional"

and is just a victim of so many good players being available.

And funniest of all, our young manager believes "the defence has been playing well"..

Believe the rumours, believe the manager. It's up to you.

So. How do such situations usually end when it comes to our team?

In the 90's and first half of the 00's our season was usually over after the FA Cup 3rd round in mid-January.
