It's a shame that FPL has classified both N'jie and Son as forwards. I suspect that has more to do with only having Kane as a Spurs forward option than any bias. I suspect if they had signed for Leicester or Liverpool they would have been classified as midfielders.

Or maybe it's because they're actually forwards who were pushed back to attacking midfield. Who knows?

Finally I got my first high scoring week this season and have now clawed my way up to a 36th placing. Man, this season has been tough so far.

It's the same for everyone.

This week was my first green arrow of the season & suddenly I jumped nearly 400k up the rankings. It's incredibly tight and one decent week and you are looking good again.

So many low scoring weeks has compacted the field. I ignore ranking and instead use the number of pts I am behind whoever is leading as an indicator of how I am doing. By that measure i'm doing much better than the same stage last season even though my ranking is similar.

I had a super week!

After playing my wildcard two weeks ago I had to take a hit in points due to Luke Shaw's leg break. Aguero is doing fantastically well for me, and thank Christ I swapped Hazard for Pedro a couple of weeks ago. My big transfer this week was splashing out on Cech and managed to get him in the squad before Chelsea match.

Boom! I'm up to 98th in the SC league.

I'll be hiding behind the sofa this week. I've ignored the Martial bandwagon. He's got a great fixture this week but after that Man Utd have a very tough schedule. Martial, Mata, Hazard, Sanchez, Ighalo and Coutinho could all run riot this week and I haven't got any of them .

Not much I can do about it with the way my team is set up. Just have to take a big red arrow this week and hope to claw it back later when my squad has better fixtures.
