£2.2m is a snip.

C'mon lads - make a move!

Edit: by lads, I meant Ramos and co - not you mangy bunch of scallywags... although if you could sign him yourselves, that would be great.

Seeing as Pienaar actually plays for South Africa it would be quite difficult for him to now play for Oranje...

yep! :)

was discovered in the youth ranks of ajax cape town and then moved on the ajax reserves.

i can't stretch enough how many talented players were developed over the last years by ajax and people were even saying ajax are in a drought right now.

Sure thing, after I win the lottery I'll buy him for Spurs

Hi Deselina, well Ajax still have a great academy, their recent problems have more been lying in poor coaching and poor transfers, buying a bunch of not good enoughs that has cost them both money as well as good performances..

And wondering about that team of yours, i know that Heitinga is pretty much a done deal to Atletico Madrid, but Huntelaar and Van der Vaart is that your estimated guess, or what you'd like to happen?

Would love to place a couple of those players in our Tottenham!

van der vaart is almost certain, but huntelaar is still unsure about which club to choose from but it's very likely that he will leave after this season.

huntelaar has spoken already to both clubs from spain but i'd rather see him at barcelona since real madrid have too many dutchies already as it is.

jonathan de guzman would be a very good addition to the spurs squad. he was born a canadian but has lived in the netherlands since he was 12 and had his football education at feyenoord.

he played his first dutch u21 game for holland a few weeks ago and has scored twice, one was from a free kick.

this will probably be his last season for feyenoord since many feel it's time for him to move abroad to a bigger competition. obviously teams like arsenal and manchester united are already asking about his transfer fee.

Read something, can't for the life of me remember where, about de Guzman and how many of his coaches and co players at Feyenoord seem to be complaining about his attitude, something about telling a team mate that he didn't have anything to say as he was just a bench player. Also how he (de Guzman) didn't seem to learn from his mistakes on the pitch either..

Might only be rumors, and as I can't remember where I read it I can't provide the link.. but I do agree that from what I've seen, (not much) he certainly seems a talented player, and he is young (born 87) so still has time to mature, and learn...

he' basicly their best player at his young age and they put too much pressure on him.

feyenoord does that all the time with their younger players, first van persie and kalou and now it seems de guzman and nuri sahin.
